CRUISIN’ ON MAIN STREET
Re-Scheduled for September 18th
The Cruisin' Committee has met to review the weather. A determination to postpone has been made. It is necessary to postpone Cruisin’ on Main Street until Sunday September 18th.
The Cruisin’ Committee greatly appreciates our sponsors, vendors, downtown businesses and spectators who have expressed their support for Cruisin’ and their commitment to being here for a third rain date.
Get ready to cruise over to Main Street Manchester for the 11th Annual Cruisin’ on Main Street. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, August 14 with a rain date of Sunday September 18. Cars, trucks, sports cars and street rods 25 years and prior will be eligible for display.
We are proud to announce that Taylor Rental Party Plus of Manchester will return as the Presenting Sponsor of Cruisin’. The leader in special event, party and wedding rentals, Taylor Rental Party Plus of Manchester is a second-generation business with over forty years of experience serving the greater Hartford area.
Cruisin’ 2010 was a memorable occasion with fair weather and a record turnout. The Cruisin’ Committee is hard at work planning a spectacular event for 2011. A new feature this year will be performances by member bands of the Northeast Surf Music Alliance. Their participation will bring even more “cruisin” music to the street.
